Morsal Dezham
Business Economist (VWA)
CEO – Chief Executive Officer
Morsal Dezham completed her training as a Wholesale and Foreign Trade Clerk in the consumer goods industry. Ms. Dezham possesses excellent language skills and outstanding commercial expertise, which she further enhanced through her part-time studies at the VWA Munich, successfully earning her degree as a Business Economist (VWA). Together with Jamshed Dezham, the founder of ARES Recruiting GmbH, she has been building the company since 2017 and took over as Managing Director of ARES Recruiting GmbH in 2024. Ms. Dezham has many years of experience in HR consulting. Thanks to her excellent network and deep expertise in the medical technology and life sciences sectors, she has a keen understanding of the needs of both clients and candidates. The key factors behind her success include not only her professional expertise but also her social competence and strong people skills.
Jakub Mlotkowski
Magister Artium (M.A.)
Executive Account Manager
Jakub Mlotkowski studied Political Science and Law at Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz. As a business consultant for the German Chambers of Commerce Abroad, he specialized in advising, representing, and supporting German companies operating internationally.
He later took on a leadership role in Customer Success, managing corporate and private clients for several international IT companies, with a focus on HR and Key Account Management. His extensive experience in corporate consulting and leadership makes him an expert in filling specialist and executive positions.
At ARES Recruiting, Jakub specializes in Candidate Research and Candidate Relationship Management—and is always happy to assist with any questions you may have!
Matthias Spallek
Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)
Research Consultant
Matthias Spallek graduated from Wismar University of Applied Sciences with a degree in business administration, specializing in marketing and HR management. Mr. Spallek then worked in the hotel industry for several years. His positions covered various segments of the industry, both in the midscale business sector and in upscale hospitality. This allowed Mr. Spallek to gain in-depth experience, particularly in customer service. Building on this, he also worked for an international hotel chain in cross-company customer service. He was able to further deepen his focus through further training in customer relationship management. At ARES Recruiting GmbH, he supports us in particular in the areas of active sourcing and candidate research and will be happy to answer any further questions you may have.
Antonia Lisienski
Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)
Research Consultant
Antonia Lisienski studied Educational Science at the Technical University of Braunschweig, specializing in Psychology and Sociology. In her subsequent role as a kindergarten teacher, she demonstrated her strong sense of responsibility.
After further professional training in human resources, she delved deep into personnel management, HR marketing, as well as labor and social law. With her communicative nature and extensive expertise, Antonia supports ARES Recruiting as a Research Consultant, assisting our clients and candidates with all matters related to labor law, social law, and HR topics.
Geraldine Goetz
Research Consultant
Geraldine Götz completed her training as an industrial clerk in the field of vehicle technology. During her apprenticeship, she gained experience in various departments, including human resources. With excellent sales knowledge and strong qualifications in customer service, she brings valuable expertise to the table.
At ARES Recruiting, Geraldine supports the team in research and as a key player in the back office—ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
Uwe
Chief Happiness Officer
Uwe became part of the ARES team through a speculative application. His impeccable résumé stood out, particularly due to his extensive field experience, especially in the local neighborhood. Starting as Chief Mouse Exterminator, his relentless dedication propelled him through the ranks—from CR Manager and Chief Accountant to Chief Happiness Officer. With his vast expertise in leading international cat syndicates and his remarkable self-discipline, Uwe runs a tight ship when it comes to process optimization and goal achievement. However, his big heart also has plenty of room for all the concerns and challenges of a recruiter’s demanding daily routine. Always by our side with advice and support, Uwe keeps the morale of the ARES team at the highest level. In his free time, ornithology is his greatest passion. Despite his full-time job at ARES Recruiting, he still finds time for volunteer work, providing care for runaway rodents. Unless he’s enjoying a well-deserved break or mealtime, Uwe is always at your service!

After more than ten years in recruiting, Jamshed Dezham will be stepping down in October 2024 to embark on a new professional challenge. As the founder and managing partner of ARES Recruiting GmbH, he led the company with vision, passion, and relentless dedication—transforming it from a small startup in a child’s bedroom into a well-established and highly respected recruitment consultancy in the German-speaking market. Since its founding in 2016, he and his dedicated team have shaped the medical technology landscape, transformed careers, and set new industry benchmarks.
